Biography
| I am currently 21 years old living in Eastern North Carolina with my family. I am attending Chowan University and I am doing very well in my classes. I intend to graduate in 2009 with a degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting. While painting is considered my concentration, I am also skilled in other areas as well. I have written poetry in the past and have received awards for it. I also do rather well with drawing, printmaking, and 3D Design. While I do not consider it one of my greater strengths I can also manage with Digital Media as well. I mostly enjoy working with things in Nature such as flowers and birds. Though I also love working with my little brother. He is a subject that tends to show up a bit in my earlier drawings and paintings. I suppose for the right price I may be willing to do Commissions as long as my schedule will allow it. |

Awards
- I was the Valedictorian of my High School Class. I was voted "Most Talented" among my peers during High School. I won 3rd place in a National Poetry Contest and was honored by being nominated for one of the best poets of 2007 in an online contest at poetry.com. I was chosen by my Advisor to participate in the Chowan University Undergraduate Research Conference that us held annually at my school. I also received an award from Jostens yearbook publishing commemorating a job well done while serving as the yearbook advisor at a local High School.
Education
- I am currently attending Chowan University in NC and I am seeking a degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting. Currently, my average is above a 3.5 and I have done well in all my classes. I will be graduating in 2009.
